Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated lawyer (3 to 5 years of experience) with strong expertise in corporate law.
Building on your prior experience, you will take an active role in handling cases. You will work closely with colleagues within the department while also having the autonomy to manage matters independently.
You hold a Master’s degree in Belgian Law and have at least 3 years of experience with a specialization in corporate law.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
You have demonstrable experience in independently handling cases.
You combine strategic insight with a client‑oriented approach.
You are a strong communicator and assertive when necessary.
You show perseverance and do not give up easily.
You are a team player but can also work autonomously in a demanding professional environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
Actively participate in the management of cases within the Corporate Law department.
Handle files independently and advise and represent clients, under the guidance of a senior lawyer.
Actively contribute to the development of the firm, for example by drafting newsletters, preparing and delivering training sessions, etc.
