Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated lawyer (1-3 years of experience) with a strong interest in employment law. You will have the opportunity to work on engaging matters and further develop your expertise in close collaboration with colleagues in Antwerp and Brussels.
You hold a Master’s degree in Belgian Law and have a strong interest in employment and social law.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).
You possess strong legal and analytical skills, supported by solid academic results.
You work accurately and professionally, are assertive when needed, and function well within a team while also being able to work independently.
You are motivated, eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility in challenging cases.
Responsibilites
Actively contribute to the handling of cases within Employment & Social Law department.
Independently manage cases and advise and represent clients, under the guidance of a senior lawyer.
Actively contribute to the development of the firm, for example by drafting newsletters, preparing and delivering training sessions, etc.
