Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated lawyer (1-3 years of experience) with a strong interest in employment law. You will have the opportunity to work on engaging matters and further develop your expertise in close collaboration with colleagues in Antwerp and Brussels.

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Belgian Law and have a strong interest in employment and social law.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).

  • You possess strong legal and analytical skills, supported by solid academic results.

  • You work accurately and professionally, are assertive when needed, and function well within a team while also being able to work independently.

  • You are motivated, eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility in challenging cases.

Responsibilites

  • Actively contribute to the handling of cases within Employment & Social Law department.

  • Independently manage cases and advise and represent clients, under the guidance of a senior lawyer.

  • Actively contribute to the development of the firm, for example by drafting newsletters, preparing and delivering training sessions, etc.
